The Expansion of The Campbell House

In December 2020 the Campbell House Museum completed an expansion project. Work began in December 2019 on the $2 million project to make the Museum accessible and to add program space. The addition of a street-level entrance, made the Museum accessible and a visitor can tour without any stairs. A multipurpose classroom fitted with the latest technology was added to facilitate programs and events at the Museum. The space can host meetings and student programs in addition to public lectures for up to 70 people. Lastly, a new and expanded Museum Store allows for more display and storage to create a better shopping experience and increased revenue to support the Museum’s operations.
